1. The Legal Agreement

By accessing the website of JK'S Cannabis or purchasing products from our store in Smiths Falls, you agree to these Terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.

2. Strict Age Verification (19+)

We take this seriously.

• Compliance: You strictly certify that you are 19 years of age or older.

• The "Double Check": We verify age twice. Once digitally upon entering the site, and again physically via government-issued photo ID upon entry to the store or at the point of delivery/pickup.

• No ID, No Service: If you cannot produce valid ID matching the name on the order, we legally cannot complete the transaction. No exceptions.

3. "Click & Collect" and Orders

As a licensed retailer, our online system functions as a reservation system for in-store pickup ("Click & Collect") or local delivery (where applicable).

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline your order for any reason (e.g., stock discrepancies, suspicion of resale).

• Pickup Windows: Orders must be picked up within [Insert Hours, e.g., 24 hours]. Unclaimed orders will be restocked.

• Payment: Payment must be completed by the cardholder. The name on the credit card must match the name on the government ID presented at pickup.

4. Pricing & Inventory Errors

We focus on providing budget and value options, but mistakes happen.

• Right to Correct: We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).

• Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system glitch, JK'S Cannabis shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

5. Promotional Offers And Deals

1. Management Discretion

   
   All sales, discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers ("Deals") are extended at the sole discretion of JK'S Cannabis. Management reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate any Deal at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the application or validity of a Deal, the decision of JK'S Cannabis management shall be final and binding.
   
   

2. Regulatory Compliance

   
   All Deals are subject to applicable federal and provincial laws, including but not limited to the regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). JK'S Cannabis will not honor any Deal that would result in non-compliance with these regulations (e.g., selling cannabis products below the legal minimum price or providing prohibited inducements).
   
   

3. Eligibility and Limitations
   

• Age Verification: Deals are strictly valid only for customers who are 19 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo identification is required to redeem any offer.

• Non-Transferable: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Deals are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Inventory Availability: All Deals are subject to inventory availability. JK'S Cannabis reserves the right to limit quantities purchased per person or per order.

• No Stacking: Unless expressly permitted by management, Deals cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or price matches.
  
  

4. Exclusions The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to the following:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation, or expired products

• Special promotions ( Limited to price amount )

• Price that require a membership, loyalty program, points, or specialized discount

• Clearance, closeout or expired products

• Pricing errors, misprints, or typos by the competitor

• Volume discounts or “buy one, get one” (BOGO) offers
  
  

5. Errors and Omissions:

   While we strive for accuracy, JK'S Cannabis is not responsible for typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or technical glitches regarding Deals displayed on our website or marketing materials. We reserve the right to correct any errors and refuse or cancel orders placed under incorrect pricing or terms.

6. Responsible Use & Health Warnings

• Intoxication: Cannabis can impair concentration, coordination, and judgment. Do not operate a vehicle or machinery under the influence.

• Health Risks: There may be health risks associated with the consumption of cannabis.

• Edibles & Extracts: Effects from edibles may be delayed. Start low and go slow.

• Keep Safe: You agree to keep all products strictly out of reach of children and pets.

7. The "Right to Refuse" (AGCO Compliance)

To protect our staff, our customers, and our license, JK'S Cannabis staff reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:

• Appears to be intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

• Is suspected of purchasing cannabis for a minor (second-party sales).

• Behaves in a threatening, harassing, or abusive manner toward our staff.

8. No Resale

You agree that products purchased from JK'S Cannabis are for personal use only and not for resale or commercial distribution. Reselling cannabis purchased from a legal retailer is a crime in Canada.

9. Returns Policy

Due to strict health and safety regulations, all cannabis sales are final, with the exception of:

• Recalls: Products mandated for recall by Health Canada.

• Defective Products: Products that are damaged or uninhabitable upon opening (e.g., leaky vape cartridges, mold).

• Note: Returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and packaging.

10. Limitation of Liability

JK'S Cannabis (and its employees, owners, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site or from any information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You use these products at your own risk.

• Use JK'S Cannabis name in any way to show or run any promotions
